Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithin), soya proteins (emulsifier: lecithin’s [soya]), flavourings (contains wheat, barley, milk), salt, powered cream, thickeners: guar and xanthan gums, colour: caramel E150c, mushrooms (0.5%), anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12),maltodextrin .
May contain traces of: crustaceans, egg, fish, nuts, celery.
Instructions
Add 200ml of water to 25 grams of powder and stir until completely mixed.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Consume with an hour after rehydration.
