Ingredients
Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), wheat flour, wheat fibres, powdered egg white and yolk, textured wheat proteins (wheat proteins, wheat starch) (contains: sulfites), salt, anti-caking agents: potassium and magnesium carbonates, raising agents: sodium diphosphate and sodium acid carbonate (contains: wheat), flavouring, milk minerals, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), maltodextrin.
Allergens
Contains gluten, egg and milk. May contain traces of: crustaceans, fish, soya, nuts, celery.
Instructions
Add 25 grams of powder to 40ml of water and stir until completely mixed.
Knead dough and with your hands, stretch it into a 15/20 cm circle.
Place it on a greaseproof paper and spread the topping.
Cook 15 min in a 200°C pre-heated oven.
Consume within an hour after rehydration.
